Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relations between the customers of the webshop and Apotheke Schaffhauserplatz AG.

Order

Orders can be placed on the webshop (www.swissprep.ch), by e-mail (prep@platz.ch), by telephone (+41 44 361 61 61) or directly at the pharmacy (Apotheke Schaffhauserplatz AG, Seminarstrasse 1, 8057 Zurich). The order will be processed as soon as we receive an original prescription. For first-time online orders, the completion and subsequent signing of the personal data sheet is mandatory. A successful transfer occurs when an original prescription from a doctor or health institution licensed in Switzerland has been received by post or handed over to us in person. The physician or institution may also transmit the prescription directly to us electronically. If repeatable prescriptions are on file with us, your order can be placed in writing, by telephone, by e-mail or directly at the pharmacy.

Only paper prescriptions or prescriptions transmitted electronically in encrypted form by the doctor (e.g. via HIN) are considered to be an original prescription. Copies and scanned prescriptions cannot be accepted.

Prices

The prices, which are shown on the webpage at the time of order, apply. All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT.

Delivery

Deliveries are made exclusively within Switzerland by the Swiss Post. Pick-up directly in the Apotheke Schaffhauserplatz AG is also possible. The delivery will be triggered by the arrival of the health data and / or the prescription or by order of an existing long-term prescription and will be sent by A-Post. For late deliveries (for example due to import delays), the Apotheke Schaffhauserplatz AG cannot be prosecuted.

Delivery Costs

The delivery costs for self-payers are CHF 11 for orders of less than three packs. Delivery is free for orders of three packs or more. Delivery is generally free of charge when billed via the health insurance company.

Payment

Orders can be paid either by invoice or directly in the pharmacy. The bill is payable within 30 days.

Return

Defective packages, packages damaged by delivery or packages affected by batch recalls will be taken back and refunded without exception.

General

By using services of www.swissprep.ch the terms and conditions are accepted. The general terms and conditions can be revised at any time. Accountable is always the current version of the Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering.
